It measures noise levels, without recording sound, to ensure a peaceful environment. If noise exceeds a set limit, it’ll alert us to keep things neighbor-friendly. Our suite is located in the heart of Vancouver's Granville St. strip, where you'll find some of the city's best restaurants and bars. You'll also be just a short walk from many of Vancouver's top attractions, such as Stanley Park, English Bay Beach, and the Vancouver Aquarium.

Guest Access

You'll have full access to our suite, including the bedroom, den, living room, kitchen, and in-suite laundry. You'll also be able to use the building's small gym.

Good location. Walking distance to central Vancouver sites and business centres. Clean and spacious flat. Multiple fans to keep the air moving. Good communication. I gave this a 5 star rating on the above, but two annoyances: 1) impersonal communication via a 3rd party website for checking in and dealing with travel matters; 2) forced deposit of 16 dollars unless you want 300 dollars on your card for 5 days. I am a regular Airbnb user internationally, and I have not experienced this. I really don't like add on charges.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Vancouver and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Shawn was an excellent host, very responsive, easy to communicate with, and made the entire check-in and checkout process seamless. Everything was clearly explained, which made our stay completely stress-free from start to finish. The location was perfect. It was centrally located with great access to public transportation, and we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. There were also plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. Overall, this was a great experience and my wife and I would absolutely love to stay here again on our next trip to Vancouver.

The building is conveniently located near several public transit stops, making it easy to get around Vancouver. There is no parking available for this unit, but there is visitor parking available in the building, though it can be difficult to find a spot. There is also a nearby parking lot on Rolston Crescent that charges $18/day.
