Ich habe hierfür aufgrund der genannten Punkte 5 Sterne vergeben, aber es gab zwei Ärgernisse: 1) Unpersönliche Kommunikation über eine Drittanbieter-Website für den Check-in und Reiseangelegenheiten; 2) Eine erzwungene Kaution von 16 Dollar, es sei denn, man möchte 300 Dollar für 5 Tage auf der Karte blockieren lassen. Ich bin ein regelmäßiger Airbnb-Nutzer weltweit und habe so etwas noch nicht erlebt. Ich mag zusätzliche Gebühren wirklich nicht. Good location. Walking distance to central Vancouver sites and business centres. Clean and spacious flat. Multiple fans to keep the air moving. Good communication. I gave this a 5 star rating on the above, but two annoyances: 1) impersonal communication via a 3rd party website for checking in and dealing with travel matters; 2) forced deposit of 16 dollars unless you want 300 dollars on your card for 5 days. I am a regular Airbnb user internationally, and I have not experienced this. I really don't like add on charges.

It was centrally located with great access to public transportation, and we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. There were also plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. Overall, this was a great experience and my wife and I would absolutely love to stay here again on our next trip to Vancouver.
